Scope of Services
We act as your U.S. petitioner or agent in connection with your O-1 visa petition. Our services include execution of petitioner documentation, preparation of required agreements, coordination with your legal team, and oversight of petitioner-side compliance during the filing process.
We may also support communication, documentation flow, and procedural coordination as required for proper petition structure.
Services Not Included
We do not provide legal representation or immigration advice. Legal services, including petition drafting and strategy, must be provided separately by a licensed attorney.
We do not provide consular processing, post-approval immigration support, employment placement, or litigation services unless separately agreed in writing.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information in support of your petition. You are responsible for submitting all required documentation and cooperating with any additional requests necessary for compliance.
You must notify us of any material changes that may affect your petition or eligibility.
Fees and Payment
All service fees must be paid prior to the execution and submission of petitioner documentation. Fees are separate from any legal or government filing fees. Once petitioner documentation has been executed and used in connection with your petition, fees are non-refundable.
Petitioner Role and Limitations
Our role is limited to acting as the petitioner or agent and coordinating petitioner-side obligations. We do not control the outcome of your petition and do not guarantee approval.
All immigration decisions are made by USCIS or other government authorities.
Communication and Document Handling
We coordinate with your legal team regarding documentation requiring petitioner involvement. We do not retain original documents unless specifically requested. Updates are provided as milestones are reached or upon request.
Termination
Either party may terminate services with written notice. If termination occurs prior to execution of petitioner documentation, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
No refunds are available once documentation has been executed and used in your petition.
Compliance and Conduct
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your visa status. Our services are provided in accordance with U.S. immigration requirements governing petitioner and agent roles.
Governing Law
These services are governed by applicable U.S. law and jurisdiction as outlined in the governing agreement.
